This is caused by a new libewf version (20130416-2) which includes
libbfio-dev's libbfio.h on demand, but libewf doesn't depend on the
libbfio-dev package.

A dependency on libbfio-dev in guymager solves *this* issue for
sure. But then it still doesn't compile against libewf because
recent libewf has quite some differences when compared against the
previous version that was present in Debian/guymager compiled
against (20100226).

I've a fix pending in git, sadly libewf wasn't built with
HAVE_V1_API and guymager doesn't compile against the V2-only version
yet. I've forwarded the according information to guymager's
upstream. Once guymager works against the current libewf version
again I'll upload it of course, if that shouldn't happen soon enough
though then I'm thinking about an upload of libewf with HAVE_V1_API
enabled.

regards,
