Possible MIA (Jacob)

Hi MIA team,

Could you please confirm if Jacob is MIA?

He maintains some packages inside forensics-devel which i'm fixing some
bugs, it looks like his last upload was 1 year and a half years ago (and
the upload before that, more than 3 years ago), his packages are maintained
by our team members for some time now.
