I did, but whom and when did the last upload of these packages has
nothing to do with this request :)

Exactly.  (though you could ignore it, I wouldn't particularly like it
and I think it could only make life in MIA team harder if we had to deal
with the package, but if that doesn't happen, the X team is setting an
example at ignoring the policy there)

Being inside a team is good, because taking them over is very easy.
Probably the best thing would be to put Giovanni in the Uploaders field
of them; or whoever else feels like caring about the packages.


Julien is retired, and part of the retirement process is orphaning the
packages, the fact that this didn't happen at that time is just a flaw
in the process :)
