Shouldn't the constants that may be used with the callback function
before 1.1 (CRYPTO_LOCK, CRYPTO_UNLOCK, CRYPTO_READ, CRYPTO_WRITE)
be defined inside the "#if OPENSSL_API_COMPAT < 0x10100000L" block?
