Coincidentally, I looked last night and it had built about 7 days ago,
but was apparently waiting to be signed and uploaded (this is automated
for many buildds now, but for some it still requires the admin to
intervene to sign and upload the packages).

It's now showing as uploaded:

If you see any problems with the multiarch changes, let me know, and
please file an RC bug if this should be kept out of testing.  It looked
sane to me, but I may have missed something.

I fixed missing ${misc:Predepends} on some binary packages, which
lintian pointed out and seemed right about.  Otherwise I think it
was pretty much just your patch.
