I have committed a change to git to just remove this useless file from the
2.8 packages (we were carefully patching it to remove this bashism there).

Since I'm working to migrate all reverse dependencies of wxwidgets2.6 to
wxwidgets2.8 and to get wxwidgets2.6 removed before wheezy, and this
bashism is harmless in practice (since nobody would want to run this)
I don't see this is worth fixing at this point.
