I didn't just update this address as it's in the "wxActiveX Library	
Licence, Version 3" and just above the address it says "Everyone is
permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this licence
document, but changing it is not allowed."

But the files in question are all windows-specific, and we're already
repacking, so my plan is to just drop those sources from the repacked
source tarball.
