[Freewx-maint] Bug#737050: patch for build with wx3.0-doc package

Dear Olly.
(CC: wxWidgets Maintainers Team)

I wrote a patch create wx3.0-doc package build with
wxwidgets3.0 source package.

Please see attached file(debdiff) and merge this patch.
This patch file add call doxygen when build package.

I uploaded build log merged this patch below.
