There is actually source for the former, but apparently not that can be
built with Free tools, so that doesn't really help:

samples/flash/form.mxml

I've actually already reported this upstream, who seem amenable to
replacing these files, but haven't been moving very quickly.  I've just
given them a gentle prod:

I've held off simply dropping the files in Debian as it seems a bigger
gain if we can get this resolved upstream.  I'm OK with doing so if
people think it's taking too long though.
