[Freewx-maint] GTK+ 3

Hi,

I'd like to see wxWidgets use GTK+ 3 sometime in the future and it should
be supported since wxWidgets 2.9.4 (1) with the configure option
--with-gtk=3. Has this been considered already? Are there known blocking
issues?
