[Git-dpm-user] import-dsc fails, don't know how to fix.

Looks like the problem is a tar containing an explicit directory entry
for "./". (And even multiple issues. On stable tar -xU fails with tarballs like
that and on unstable there is a problem with rmdir).

This problem should be fixed in the git repository of git-dpm.
