hotplug and discover (was: [Glibc-bsd-commits] r1495 - trunk/web)

Anyone feels like porting hotplug and/or discover?  Should be fairly easy to do,
specialy hotplug which is just a bunch of bash scripts.

(this is one of the prerequisites for d-i, as listed in trunk/web/D-I)
