debootstrap (and gnuab)

It's (obviously) a file which debootstrap needs :-)

Take a look at any of the Release files at ftp.debian.org. Those are
files containing md5sums of compressed and uncompressed Packages files.

Don't know the official way to create them, but they should be easy to
generate with a little of scripting. Guillem?
