livecd9 is out

Hi!

livecd9 is out.  It doesn't solve the auto-reboot problem that happens on
some setups, but finaly password-less login works properly.  It's tested and
known to work.

Btw, it's been created directly by using the livecd.sh script that can be
found in svn.  From now on, maintainance of the livecd happens on svn and
anyone who wants to use the latest version is encouraged to use the script
to generate an image perself.
