kfreebsd5-headers

Glibc is now using kfreebsd5-headers 5.2.1 headers.  I found and fixed a bunch
of integration bugs (usualy conflicting type/macro declarations) that caused
build failure in glibc itself, coreutils and inetutils.  These build now but
I haven't tested the new headers extensively.  Expect to find breakage ;)
