Heu... from totd(8):

-no6   Do not listen on IPv6 addresses


I hadn't tested it, just 'assumed' I needed to leave this out. Because 
I'm pointing resolv.conf to ::1, which obviously is an IPv6 address.

But now that you mention it, I just tested with -no6 and it still works. 
So this option seems to not do anything not :)
