New apt with authentication support

Hi all,

As you may now apt version 0.6.x has been introduced recently into
Debian. It adds support for authentication. Guillem Jover has recently
added a Release.gpg file to gnuab.org, to support authentication, but we
also have a line like
  deb http://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/ dists/unstable/main/binary-i386/
in /etc/apt/sources.list for binary all packages. This source doesn't
provide a Release.gpg.

That's mean on GNU/kFreeBSD, authentication is not working for all
packages. For manual installation you can force the installation of such
packages by answering yes to the question, but that may cause a problem
for autobuilders for example. In that case it is possible to allow
installation of unauthenticated packages adding
  APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated "yes";
in /etc/apt/apt.conf.

I plan to upload apt 0.6.38+kbsd to gnuab.org as soon as it is back, so
be prepared.

Bye,
Aurelien
