Ging 0.1.0

Hey Robery,

Just a quick bug report against 0.1.0.

I've been trying to start ging on a couple of different boxes hooked up
to an older 15" LCD screen. It looks like when X.org starts, it's
setting the refresh rate too high for the LCD.

You might want to consider excluding the monitor frequency lines
(HorizSync and VertRefresh) from xorg.conf and let it figure out the
proper refresh rates itself.
