patches for FTBFS on GNU/kFreeBSD

Hi.

I prepared another patches for GNU/kFreeBSD.       
They are submitted in BTS within
Bug#335686: cegui-mk2: FTBFS on GNU/kFreeBSD
Bug#335721: lam: FTBFS on GNU/kFreeBSD                   

Again, it might be usefull to publish them in meantime in "unreleased",
and/or mention them in http://glibc-bsd.alioth.debian.org/patches/.

The former package has 1 depending package,
the later has 6 directly depending packages and some more indirectly.
