about Linux-specific packages

Hi list,

We currently have 0.76 of packages in archive [1]. Does this number take into
account the packages that are utterly Linux-specific which we don't have to
port? I'm thinking on things like modutils, udev or console-tools, but also the
gazillon of linux-image-* packages.

If this is so, what do we have to fix in order to increase this ratio? Is
Packages-arch-specific being used, or the Architecture field of the packages?
(IOW, will it help if we start filing bugs?)
