[PATCH] sbin/ifconfig to build on GNU/kfreebsd@@gpg-sign

Attached is a patch to get ifconfig to build natively instead of relying on
hackedutils for it.

I had to disable the following:
INET6, MAC, PFSYNC and CARP

Also I had to add some extra stuff to libfreebsd.

Both pathces attached.
