If I am right this is the latest patch that may have to be merged.
I don't really understand why this include should be added here, and
in.h builds correctly without addind this include. Note that it is also
not present on GNU/Linux. It may fix some FTBFS, but IMHO it is only a
workaround and not a fix, the problem may come from one of our header.
As this header is common to all systems, I really doubt it will be
accepted by upstream. I suggests to not apply it, if we find that some
packages start to FTBFS, we could then try to find the correct fix.
