That will be ftp.gnuab.org until we have something

On GNU/Linux, it's biarch for both. If the kernel supports that, why not
doing the same?

Why not 2.3.5? I think we should use the same version as the Debian
package. However, current sysdeps for kfreebsd-i386 are for 2.3.6 and
used with 2.3.5.

Well in our current kernel, we have no patches specific to i386 (except
one that fixes the syntax with new binutils), so both kernel should work
as on i386. Therefore, I think we should support both.

That part is maybe the most difficult one. However, to start the port,
we do not need a buildd machine, we could start by building the packages
by hand. Moreover, until we have a usable version of the port, it it is
not really possible to setup a machine :) Also note that qemu is a good
software to start an OS.
Then the buildd will be necessary. We have too look how much too pay for
a low cost AMD64 machine. I can temporarily host the buildd machine here
if needed. As for the admin, he/she has to be a Debian developer to be
able to upload packages.
For the porting machine, that's another step, but I think we have time
until we really need one.
Bye,
Aurelien
