[Gnome22-user] gtk+2.0 update

I am uploading gtk 2.2.4 packages today (and eog, gthumb and
gnome-cups-manager).  This is a bugfix release over 2.2.2, and have been
tested on various machines.  This should fix various weird problems with
input events getting locked (eg gaim).

I have put the old packages in unmaintained/gtk+2.0 in case you need
them.  If these cause any problems, please post here or issue a bug
report.
