Hello,

Fraucheky 0.3 is out.

Fraucheky is a set of routines to deliver GPL with USB device
implementation.  It is licensed under GPLv3.

It is used for NeuG USB device so that users can see the license and
README.

Now, it works well with FreeBSD system (as build and host system).
Thanks to Kenji Rikitake.

Besides, it is supported to run Fraucheky again after its first exit.
