I incorporate those patches, pushed.  Since [PATCH 1/5] is not perfect
(it may detect FSIJ vendor ID, Nitrokey Start product ID), I use
different check.

Not hard coding the (vid, pid)-pair and using a file is good, but let
me consider this again in future.

For the scripts (under tool/), the usage assumes that users have source
code access.  This would be not good and we need to consider installing
tools on the system.
