Just wanted to update that germ 0.3 is now available for download at:
gopher://sdf.org/1/users/wt/soft/my/germ

It has the added ability to handle tags, links, post shortening, and to
count comments.

A working version can be seen here:
gopher://sdf.org/1/users/wt/germ.cgi

I'd really appreciate it if anybody using an executable enabled server other
than Bucktooth could let me know how it works with their server and any bugs
it has.  It works fine with SDF's bucktooth server.
