[gopher] Bucktooth 0.2.8 with IPv6 and gophertagging

Bucktooth 0.2.8 is out, a maintenance release. This version tweaks the hURL
redirection page to proper compliance; adds IPv6 support (largely thanks to
Jeroen Schot) -- EXPERIMENTAL; and adds gophertagging, such that a gophermap
entry like
1some_directory<TAB>
checks to see if some_directory has a "gophertag" file. If it does, the
contents of the gophertag file are used as the display string. This allows
you to have multiple gophermaps referring to a single menu tag so that you
only need to make the change in one place. This only applies to directories.
