[gopher] Gopher and Fennec

For those (like Kim) suffering now that Fennec is e10s-based and OverbiteFF
is not yet "mobilized," this is the bug for enabling custom protocols
including gopher:// in Electrolysis Mozilla builds. Honza seems to think that
OverbiteFF would be easily adapted to this environment.
