[gopher] Gophernicus 1.0 released

I just released Gophernicus 1.0 - The Most Awesome(tm) gopher server.

Downloads are available here:

Changes are too numerous to list here (read ChangeLog instead), but some 
of the main changes are:

* native support for Cameron's caps.txt
* support for gophertags
* lotsa bugfixes
* native Debian packages
* support for Mac OS X
* "make install" supports both launchd and xinetd
* Apache-compatible file logging
* more verbose error logging
* neat default gophermap
