Yep. Made it compile-time option because I though it would be too 
strange to enable by default. Besides it doesn't work as well as I 
wanted to...

Explanation for others: there's a compile-time option to automatically 
hide manually defined resources from automatically generated menu 
listings. As in you define foo.txt in a gophermap and it will be hidden 
from autogenerated listings (to prevent double entries).

I got a bit carried away... But my rationale was that unless it's 
automatic no one will bother with it.

Hmm. Maybe it should check whether there already is a caps.txt and serve 
out the actual file if exists (and the autogenerated caps if the file 
isn't there).
