https://duckduckgo.com/ (DDG) is a search engine, one of its feature
is "bang syntax" which allows DDG users to leaver other search engines
from DDG e.g. "!yt foo" will search YouTube, "!gi foo" will search
Google images and "!dpkg foo" will search Debian packages.

I recently noticed that the "!gopher" bang syntax directs searches to
the Floodgap Veronica (via the Floodgap http proxy) and thought it may
be of interest to subscribers this list.
