[gopher] Thunderbird; add "gopher://" to list of the list of, recognized protocols when displaying emails / usenet messages

I'm running Thunderbird 6.0.2 and it does recognise gopher:// addresses 
and hyperlinks them unless I've misunderstood the issue...
