Hmm, there must be something wrong with your dev environment as stdin.h really cannot be included into the tar (as it differs from platform to platform).

What's your operating system? How about compiler version (gcc -v)? Do you have stdin.h under /usr/include (ls -la /usr/include/stdin.h)?
