[gopher] Capability files are dangerous

OverbiteFF's code is JavaScript, so you can just read it out of the .xpi.
It's pretty straightforward -- I took the liberty of doing some refactoring
at the same time.

Overbite Android might be an easier implementation to read, but I'm not
done with it (I'm getting sucked into helping fix LLVM on PowerPC at the
same time).
