[gopher] finger URLs in Overbite

Is there a reason that OverbiteFF does not support
the finger URI scheme described here:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-uri-url-finger-03

lynx does support it. I know it never made it to
being a standard, but it looks cleaner than the
Gopher URI hack.

It might also be nice to have a similar format for
whois URIs. No attempts appear to have been made to
standardise URIs for whois information.
