[gopher] OpenNIC .gopher registrations available

The reg.for.free URL is in OpenNIC-space, so if you haven't set up
your nameservers to use the OpenNIC servers then you won't be able to
reach it. This is the rather ugly URL to reach it from ICANN-space:
