[gopher] OverbiteFF disabled by default in Firefox nightlies

If you're using Firefox's nightly channel, you may notice OverbiteFF will
stop working. I think it can be reenabled, but this is part of the browser
disabling non-multiprocess compatible extensions by default. This does not
affect beta and release. Note that the APIs necessary to convert OverbiteFF
(to "OverbiteWX") are incomplete, and the protocol handler support is
faulty by design (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1310427 ),
so there is no guarantee I will have the API support to maintain the
extension going forward. Using ESR 52 would be a temporary solution.
