[helix-maintainers] Bug#321195: Helix-player is not properly licensed

The license-files shipped within *some* directories of the
source-tarball do *only* apply to the particular directory and its, if
existing, subdirectories. But there are a lot of directories, which are
not sub-directories of those particular ones, and which do not have a
license at all.

Please clear this up with upstream.
