init.d script dependencies used in the archive today

The only one I know about is that $remote_fs always depend on
$local_fs.  This is documented on the wiki page documenting the header
format.  I suspect it would give a dependency loop if the $syslog
implementations depended on $time, as ntp depend on $syslog.

I have no idea.  These are the scripts in question:
