Per package virtual facilities with insserv?

Hi.  Can you review

and let me know if this is how /etc/insserv.conf.d/ is supposed to
work?  The reason I ask, is that my initial test indicate that it did
not work the way I expected it to work.  Will the resulting virtual
facility be the union of all the definitions, or just one of them?
