Thanks for doing this Jurij - a quick glance shows some good
information.  I would note that, in my experience, fluid documentation
maintained in source control/docbook presents a barrier to entry for
many potential contributors.  I've migrated most (all?) of such projects
to wikis and have that people are more like to contribute, probably
because its so much easier.  The flexibility/portability of the source
certainly suffers, however - docbook was certainly difficult for me to
give up; but I am glad I did.
