I've merged the changes from the lenny branch, made some more updates,
bumped the version number to 1.0.4 and updated the live version to that.

Please could you remove the lenny and source directories under
/var/lib/gforge/chroot/home/groups/kernel-handbook/htdocs/source/ ?
They should now be obsolete but they are not group-writable.
