[kgb-maintainers] Bug#744689: needs a way to listen on all addresses

Could there please be a config option to listen on all addresses? I
don't care if it only listens to addresses that are up when the bot is
started and not new ones. Just don't want to need to hardcode my
server's address, which may change when it's reprovisioned, in a config
file.
