[kgb-maintainers] Bug#776424: debug output

My kgb bot didn't crash again until now, when I've had 2 crashes over 4 days,
with debug enabled:

I had a problem posting to event Got_Request of session SOAPServer for DIR handler '.*'. As reported by Kernel: 'No such file or directory', perhaps the session name is spelled incorrectly for this handler? at /usr/share/perl5/POE/Session.pm line 483.

Note that's the same class C that crashed kgb back in January.
http://www.abuseipdb.com/report-history/222.186.34.194 says this IP
engages in port scanning and perhaps hacking/DDOS.
