Yeah, we were worried about something like this happening.

Alright, so, we're going to have to solve this with a larger hammer.

Tomorrow I'll convert python-letsencrypt and python-letsencrypt-apache
to use a control.in file and to dynamically generate the dependency
based on the current version being built.  We'll have to use a hook to
make sure that file gets run before build -- probably will use gitpkg's
prebuild-target functionality.
