[Letsencrypt-devel] Package Name Change

The latest update is that they are going to be changing the module
names.

It's now certbot and certbot-apache.  So, I'm thinking... letsencrypt
and letsencrypt-apache Provided by certbot and certbot-apache, and then
Breaks/Replaces as necessary?
