The renew_cert.sh example script in README has the following shebang:
#!/usr/bin/sh

But /usr/bin/sh doesn't exist in Debian. Please change it to /bin/sh.

(I submitted patch to fix this upstream, but it was rejected for a 
reason I can't fathom...)
