[Letsencrypt-devel] Bug#826010: python-certbot: /etc/letsencrypt removed when letsencrypt is purged

After upgrading from letsencrypt to certbot (in jessie-backports), I
run `aptitude purge ~c' which purged letsencrypt -- which removed the
whole /etc/letsencrypt directory with all nice certs and everything.

Luckily etckeeper was my friend.

>From what I can see, certbot still uses /etc/letsencrypt, so it seems
it should claim ownership of this directory.
