Hi,

the LE agreement URL changed, letsencrypt.sh needs to be updated
accordingly, please cherry-pick:

otherwise new LE installations don't work and error out with:

+ Generating account key...
+ Registering account key with letsencrypt...
  + ERROR: An error occurred while sending post-request to
